Sourcing Specialist, Contracts (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Negotiate and manage Starlink ground infra contracts (leases, services).
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, finance to align terms with tech and regs.
• Conduct risk assessments, vendor evaluations, and due diligence.
• Monitor contract performance; resolve disputes; manage amendments.
• Ensure contracts comply with SpaceX policies, FAR, and international standards.
• Develop relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, or supply chain; OR 2+ years contract experience.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing telecom contracts.
• Onsite role in Redmond, WA; overtime and weekend work as needed.
• Ability to learn quickly and prioritize to meet customer/company needs.
• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills; strong stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office and contract tools (Ariba, Coupa, or similar).
