Sourcing Specialist (Healthcare)

📋 Description

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines via job boards, social media, networks, referrals, and outreach.
• Conduct targeted outreach via email, phone, text, and social platforms to engage active and passive candidates.
• Create and manage engaging job ads, social content, and candidate communications to attract talent.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Maintain candidate data and sourcing activity in ATS and recruitment tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Healthcare Admin or related field; or equivalent.
• 1-2 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing.
• Experience in healthcare recruitment; preference for clinical/non-clinical roles.
• Strong sourcing knowledge: Boolean search, social recruiting, passive engagement.
• Proficiency with ATS, sourcing platforms, social tools, and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to build relationships.
