Sourcing Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead a team of sourcing professionals throughout the order recovery process and provide coaching
• Serve as a subject matter expert for advanced recovery strategies, supplier and customer
• Prioritize escalations and redistribute your team’s workload as needed to achieve the team’s
• Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams (Design Engineers, Manual
• Independently manage your queue of high-risk / high-visibility escalations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of client-facing and vendor-facing experience, preferably in the manufacturing space
• 2+ years of team leadership or mentoring experience, ideally in an operations, sourcing, or
• Demonstrated success managing escalated or complex workplace situations with clear communication
