Sous Chef

📋 Description

• Assist Head Chef in preparing all guest & crew meals.
• Cook and prep breakfast, lunch, and dinner for guests and crew.
• Handle butchering, prepping, portioning, and cooking as directed.
• Support training of Pantry Chefs and galley staff.
• Maintain galley cleanliness and food storage areas.
• Participate in onboard safety training, drills, and ISM duties.

🎯 Requirements

• Formal culinary school training preferred.
• 2+ years on a passenger ship culinary team preferred.
• Strong time-management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to step up as Head Chef when needed.
• Solid supervisory skills and a team-first approach.
• US Passport or US Permanent Residence Card required; STCW BST/CM/MSA required.
