South East Asia Tour Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage reservations and coordination for trips from planning to departure.
• Source, assign, and support Tour Conductors for departures across Asia.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, service providers, and Conductors.
• Negotiate competitive rates while ensuring top-quality standards.
• Review invoices, prepayments, and operational expenses accurately.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers to improve travel products.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese, with strong communication.
• Experience in tourism/operations/reservations or supplier management in SE Asia.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solver who stays calm under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; build relationships with suppliers and Conductors.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable learning new systems.
