SOX Manager

📋 Description

• Own key execution workstreams across business process, entity-level, and IT controls.
• Lead walkthroughs, risk assessments, control design, and testing for financial processes.
• Lead IT SOX execution with IT, Security, and Engineering teams.
• Manage day-to-day SOX PMO with stakeholders and auditors.
• Identify deficiencies, perform severity/root-cause analyses, and remediate.
• Maintain clear control documentation and evidence standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in SOX, internal/external IT audit or risk advisory.
• Hands-on experience across business process and IT controls (ITGCs, access, SDLC, automated
• Experience reviewing SOC 1 reports and CUECs.
• Strong knowledge of SOX 404, ICFR, risk assessment, scoping, and methodology.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/HRIS tech like NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday.
• Program management and cross-functional leadership skills.
