SOX Staff IT Auditor

📋 Description

• Perform SOX IT general and application control walkthroughs and testing.
• Lead SOX IT auditors and mentor staff.
• Pinpoint systemic causes of control breakdowns and gaps.
• Review staff auditor work and provide actionable feedback.
• Identify root causes and corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Assist Internal Audit with risk-based operational audits.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in accounting, finance or similar discipline.
• 2.5 to 4 years experience in Big Four and/or internal audit with a publicly traded company.
• Knowledge of SOX, US GAAP, and SEC regulations.
• Experience overseeing staff and reviewing their work product.
• CPA, CA, CIA, and/or CISA certifications (certifications in progress may be considered).
• Knowledge of COSO framework.
