📋 Description

• Monitor the health and performance of fielded GSN systems and conduct remote troubleshooting during
• Diagnose hardware, software, networking, electrical, mechanical, and system-level issues using
• Translate remote system behavior into likely physical conditions in the field and determine
• Document troubleshooting activities, system status, unresolved issues, and recommended next steps
• Escalate complex or recurring issues to engineering teams and provide clear technical information
• Perform routine system health checks, software and firmware updates, preventative maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting optical, electrical, robotic, automated, technical field, or
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across mechanical, electrical
• Ability to understand a system conceptually and connect remote diagnostic information, logs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly document
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues or engage engineering and other
• Working knowledge of Linux and cloud application tooling.
