📋 Description

• Perform hands-on field installation, alignment, calibration, and testing of GSN hardware and
• Conduct on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure installations comply with drawings, standards, and environmental requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering/operations to document procedures.
• Provide detailed performance reports, site assessments, and improvements.
• Support logistics for deployments and maintain asset records.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years field technician experience with optical/electrical/robotic systems OR degree in
• Excellent communication, documentation, and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically/internationally for deployments.
• Strong problem-solving and hands-on technical skills in mechanical/electrical/computer systems.
• Working knowledge of Linux and cloud tooling; read schematics/drawings.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied temperatures; eligible for US security clearance.
