Spacecraft Responsible Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end definition, integration, and delivery of the spacecraft bus and interaction with
• Serve as technical and programmatic focal point for spacecraft-level requirements and budgets
• Collaborate across internal teams and external bus providers through design, procurement
• Blend systems engineering, vendor management, and hands-on mission execution with high ownership
• Interface across technical and programmatic boundaries to shape decisions and ensure mission
• Operate in a fast-paced environment helping define stories for product, process, and culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical
• 7+ years of experience in spacecraft or satellite systems engineering, integration, or mission
• Proven ability to manage complex systems with multiple vendors and customers
• Strong understanding of spacecraft subsystems (power, thermal, comms, ADCS, propulsion) and their
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through integration and test, launch campaigns, or
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills across technical and programmatic
