Spaceport Operations Technician (Experiences)

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality service to Starbase guests and staff in social spaces
• Perform routine inspections; submit maintenance requests
• Drive improvements with major quarterly enhancements
• Support events: readiness, setup/breakdown, and cleanliness
• Maintain organized storage; manage inventory with Experience team
• Communicate daily via reporting tools and shift pass-downs

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 1+ years custodial, facilities maintenance, or operations experience
• Strong organizational and time management; prioritize tasks
• Experience maintaining shared or social-use spaces
• Clear communicator across departments and with guests
• ITAR: U.S. citizen/national or eligible for required authorizations
