Lead content design for the Spanish market across templates, elements, and media
Direct a local creative team to deliver locally relevant content
Partner with Country Manager, Content Strategy, and cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

Strong design leadership experience, ideally international or regional remit
Portfolio with culturally resonant design work and campaigns
Experience collaborating with SEO, Growth, Marketing, Product
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to balance speed with quality and scale content using AI
Experience managing freelancers/creators; inclusive leadership
