Speaker Programs Manager

📋 Description

• Manage speaker programs operations for assigned business unit(s), ensuring consistency, compliance
• Maintain accurate program records, documentation, and audit-ready files in accordance with company
• Proactively identify gaps or risks in program workflows and escalate issues to the Associate
• Serve as the go-to operational resource for all speaker program activity, providing real-time
• Act as the primary liaison between Area Marketing Managers (AMMs) and the Compliance team, managing
• Track open compliance issues and escalations through to resolution, maintaining complete

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in speaker bureau execution, HCP engagement, or customer success.
• Knowledge around healthcare compliance requirements, including HCP contracting, fair market value
• Experience supporting high-volume administrative workflows with strong attention to detail and the
