Manage a caseload and provide direct support for students with special needs
Ensure compliance with IEPs and 504 Plans; lead IEP/504 meetings
Coordinate Special Education services and ELL regulations
Design and execute RTI processes for behavior and academics
Administer relevant assessments
Adapt and differentiate general education plans to meet individual student goals

🎯 Requirements

Valid Tennessee teaching license with Special Education endorsements (K-8, 6-12, or Comprehensive K-12)
CPI certification or willingness to complete training upon hire
Conferred Bachelor’s degree
Pass Criminal Background Check
