🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of supervisory experience.
2–3 years in workforce development or recruitment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interviewing skills; knowledge of industry clusters.
Valid Texas driver’s license and auto insurance.
Data management and computer skills with word processing/spreadsheets.
