📋 Description

• Applies fraud schemes knowledge on suspect claims.
• Develops fraud prevention strategies.
• Investigates claims using insurance products and processes.
• Uses state laws and regulations in fraud investigations.
• Gathers evidence via remote interviews and databases.
• Prepares and presents investigative reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 4+ years in P&C SIU/fraud investigations or 6 years in related roles.
• Knowledge of fraud investigations, case law, state laws, and regulations.
• Ability to obtain a P&C adjuster’s license within 90 days.
• Experience managing specialty/complex/litigated claims.
• Proficiency gathering evidence and drawing conclusions from data.
