📋 Description

• Provide direct support to individuals with I/DD.
• Assist with daily living tasks and personal care.
• Help clients stay independent and engaged.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Experience supporting individuals with I/DD.
• Reliable transportation to support client needs.
• Flexible part-time work with schedules.

🎁 Benefits

• Sign-on bonus: $500 in Buncombe and McDowell counties.
• Bonus paid after completing 100 hours.
