Special Needs (IDD) Aide

📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one support in home/community settings for individuals with IDD
• Mentor clients to reach goals and independence
• Assist with daily tasks and accompany clients to activities
• Engage clients in community integration and socialization
• Deliver compassionate, reliable care aligned with BAYADA values
• Shift times: part-time, daytime, Monday–Friday

🎯 Requirements

• One year of experience with IDD/IDD clients
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Ability to transport clients to activities
• Reliable, compassionate, patient approach
• Flexible to work in Erie County, PA
• Excellent communication and teamwork
