• Support customer-specific SLAs for top shippers
• Forecast potential challenges in load operations
• Manage communication and resolve load issues
• Collaborate with customers to update TMS accurately
• Track shipments to meet service expectations
• Proactively communicate with carriers and drivers

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English, verbal and written
• Proven ability to maintain high levels of customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective problem-solving; able to think outside the box
• Familiarity with U.S. geography
• Self-motivated with proactive mindset
