📋 Description

• Own the project lifecycle from kickoff to final readout.
• Define annotation protocols, rubrics, and evaluation designs.
• Coordinate delivery: staffing, timelines, and client relationships.
• Ensure data quality and inter-rater reliability.
• Turn analysis into clear findings, reports, and workshops.
• Partner with engineering on tooling to streamline workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Based in NYC; in-office 5 days a week in Williamsburg.
• 3+ years designing studies, running evaluations, and presenting findings.
• Experience with data labeling, annotation, or AI/ML evaluation workflows.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong point of view on creative quality and what good looks like.
