• Lead site work end to end — evaluating and securing space, planning build-outs, managing moves, and

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in operations, program or project management, chief of staff, facilities, procurement, or
• A record of taking ambiguous problems from first mention to fully resolved without supervision
• Experience managing external vendors, contractors, or service providers, including scoping work and
• Comfort with numbers and commercial terms — you can build a cost comparison, read a quote or a
