📋 Description

• Perform second-line QA and control reviews across AFC processes.
• Review PoF, SoF, transaction monitoring, and SARs for evidence.
• Perform enhanced due diligence on high-risk entities and owners.
• Identify control weaknesses and remediation gaps; support improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Risk, and AML to strengthen AFC controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Educational background: degree in Law, Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in AML/financial crime compliance or oversight within regulated finance.
• Technical: data analysis; Snowflake SQL experience is a strong advantage.
• Regulatory knowledge: translate rules into practical controls and processes.
• Language: English and German; German proficiency required.
