📋 Description

• Experience working in Global Command Center and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
• Provide L1/L2/L3 application support for mission-critical business applications.
• Monitor application health, performance, and availability using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, and cloud teams to resolve complex

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Application Production Support or Application Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• DevOps/CI-CD Tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• API Troubleshooting (REST, SOAP).
• Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
