Specialist Automation Engineer, CX

📋 Description

• Work in a cross-functional Scrum team to develop and support CX product components.
• Own product quality across functional and non-functional aspects (performance, security, maintainability).
• Drive AI-first quality mindset; design AI-assisted test strategies for web and backend.
• Lead test automation and own QA strategy across the team.
• Contribute to Discovery and Epic reviews; shape requirements and environment readiness.
• Identify defects early and continuously improve test coverage and risk mitigation.

🎯 Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in CS/Industrial/Electronics.
• 8-11 years Automation QA experience.
• Hands-on with Playwright (TypeScript/JS) and Cucumber; Java/JS a plus.
• API testing (Postman), SQL, and microservices; CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• AI-driven testing approaches; TestLink, Xray.
• Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies.
