Specialist, Business Process SOX and Internal Controls

📋 Description

• Support the Senior Manager, Business Process SOX and Internal Controls
• Timely completion of Process design work for the allocated processes
• Preparation for the close meetings with process owners and the HODs/CFOs and obtain agreement on
• Liaison with the ITGC SOX team to understand the full control landscape (aspects such as SODs
• Perform internal, s302 and s404 management control testing ensuring timely completion of testing
• Documentation of the design and testing results (in process maps, RACMs and testing template)

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years' experience of working on SOX programmes
• Big 4 experience preferable (although not mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of the requirement of the Sarbanes Oxley Act
• Proficiency in using process mapping tools (i.e. MS Visio, GRC tools etc.)
• Effective communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with the ability to communicate
• Knowledge of French and/or Portuguese desirable
