📋 Description

• Own, develop, and continuously improve counterparty credit risk assessment procedures, ensuring
• Conduct comprehensive credit assessments for new and existing counterparties, analyzing financial
• Prepare detailed written credit recommendations and propose appropriate credit limits based on
• Monitor counterparty exposures, concentration limits, and stress-testing results through internal
• Identify emerging credit risks, investigate potential vulnerabilities, and proactively recommend
• Contribute to the development, documentation, maintenance, and enforcement of counterparty credit

🎯 Requirements

• Between 1 and 3+ years of experience in counterparty credit risk, credit analysis, or a related
• Working knowledge of broker-dealer regulatory capital requirements, including risk-adjusted capital
• Ability to interpret and analyze regulatory financial filings, particularly Form 1 and FOCUS
• Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate financial
• Understanding of counterparty exposure, concentration risk, credit limits, stress testing, and risk
• Progress toward a professional designation such as CFA, CPA, or FRM is considered an advantage.
