Specialist - Data Ingestion Operations

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end ingestion of bureau data across Consumer, Commercial and MFI bureaus.
• Ensure loading within defined TATs and regulatory timelines.
• Monitor ingestion pipelines, file movement and processing status.
• Track and resolve file-, segment-, and record-level ingestion issues.
• Coordinate with member institutions and internal teams for issue resolution.
• Drive data quality improvements, validation and data hygiene.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT, Data Science, Statistics, Commerce, Finance, or related.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Experience in Data Ingestion, Data Quality, Operations, or Financial Services.
• Proficiency with SQL, data analysis, reconciliation, and operational reporting.
• External client/membership coordination and governance experience preferred.
