Own DB platforms' availability, reliability, scalability, and performance via automation.
Design and maintain IaC (Terraform/OpenTofu) for AWS RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB.
Build backup, restore, HA, and DR pipelines as code.
Lead infra/DB incident investigations and post-incident reviews.
Collaborate with Platform Eng and SRE to define DB lifecycle standards.
Build CI/CD and GitOps workflows for self-service data platforms.
Build observability for data platforms using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry.
