Specialist, DOT Compliance

📋 Description

• Support the DOT Compliance Manager with handling DOT cases and inquiries.
• Investigate, research, and analyze DOT inquiries; collect statements and reports.
• Draft written responses to the DOT to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Record, track, and assess DOT inquiries, including ACAA complaints.
• Coordinate training and ensure training requirements for all employees.
• Assist with schedule changes and process-improvement efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Authorized to work in the US; must pass background check.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years customer care/relations experience (airline preferred).
• Excellent reading and writing skills; English proficiency.
• 18+ with valid driver's license; able to attend required training.
• Computer proficient; MS Office; proper telephone etiquette; schedule flexibility.
