📋 Description

• Act as analytical engine driving commercial growth for Grab Vietnam.
• Dive into merchant and consumer data to uncover growth levers for GrabFood and GrabMart.
• Partner with commercial and marketing teams to evaluate market dynamics and user behavior.
• Translate business challenges into structured, actionable insights.
• Track transaction economics and improve user experience through data-backed recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build analytical frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in data analytics, commercial analysis, or BI roles.
• SQL, Excel, PowerBI; strong structural thinking and analytics.
• Curiosity to identify high-impact growth levers and learn market dynamics.
• Business acumen to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong English and Vietnamese communication skills.
• Nice to have: end-to-end ETL, GenAI tools, Python or R, familiarity with Vietnam food delivery/o2o.
