Specialist, HR Operations (People Experience)

📋 Description

• Manage full-lifecycle operations in-house, including onboarding logistics, contract generation
• Manage all statutory requirements (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR) and act as Grab's key
• Take end-to-end ownership of daily People Operations issues independently, serving as advisor to PH
• Streamline manual workflows by implementing digital/AI tools and system-based solutions to scale
• Maintain 100% data accuracy in Workday and partner with Regional Benefits to launch and administer

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in-house HR operations experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle within high
• Hands-on PH statutory experience independently managing SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and BIR portals
• Experience managing HRIS employee records using Workday, handling payroll inputs, and coordinating
• Demonstrated ability to drive daily operations, solve complex employee issues, and think creatively
• Process automation experience with focus on AI adoption and continuous improvement
