📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for Health Care Providers (HCPs) and patients when addressing
• Provide subject matter expertise and best-in-class customer service for all inbound and outbound

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of work experience in a healthcare or reimbursement setting; previous experience in a
• Thorough understanding of commercial and government pharmacy and medical insurance programs
• Experience and knowledge in Medicare Part D, Medicaid, alternate funding resources, private payers
• Demonstrated ability to lead and participate within a team, manage multiple priorities, and meet
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
