📋 Description

• Own real-time functional and technical support for electronic trading, clearing systems, and
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to exchange functionality, market events
• Provide front-line support for internal and external investigations tied to exchange operations
• Coordinate with product and development teams to launch new products, implement platform updates
• Support onboarding and ongoing operational enablement of clients and vendors across both exchanges
• Identify, document, and recommend operational process improvements aligned with business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or a technical field, with 1+ years of experience
• Demonstrated product and operational knowledge of listed futures or options, including hands-on
• Proven ability to diagnose and articulate complex technical problems and solutions to both
• Experience delivering multi-channel support (voice, email, chat) with documented ability to
• Familiarity with prediction markets, event contracts, FIX protocol, network protocols, SQL, or CRM
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs
