Develop and maintain population health resources
Design and update learning materials; facilitate orientation
Lead end-to-end team internal communications
Manage centralized intake for Population Health Impact and oversee communications
Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Coordinate population health inquiries and requests with cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Public Health, Health Admin, or similar
3+ years in healthcare or related field
Certifications such as CHES, CPH, or CHWC desirable
Experience presenting trainings or workshops
Strong writing and composition skills
Excellent graphic design skills for engaging presentations
