📋 Description

• Partner with the Chief Product Officer to coordinate product development from initial concept
• Coordinate project plans that move research, resources, and learning experiences through
• Manage timelines, dependencies, approvals, milestones, and deliverables across Product, Programs
• Maintain project trackers, documentation, meeting notes, workflows, and other operational systems.
• Proactively identify delivery risks, communicate potential issues, and help teams stay on schedule.
• Manage production timelines for playbooks, toolkits, implementation guides, reports, digital

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, operations, product operations, event coordination
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex initiatives, and keep
• Strong organizational skills and a natural ability to create structure, clarity, and momentum in
• Experience working effectively with remote teams, virtual environments, and distributed partners.
• Proactive ownership mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs, identify gaps, solve problems
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to build productive relationships
