🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in professional services, consulting, or enterprise software.
• CCaaS/IVR configuration and multi-channel knowledge (SMS, chat).
• Digital channel BOT configurations.
• SQL proficiency; write optimized queries for large data sets.
• MySQL and Oracle databases experience.
• Building and delivering reports with BIRT or similar tools.
