Specialist Program Manager

📋 Description

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress and milestones
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks and issues, and report status to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project-related roadblocks
• End-to-end Agile project management including release readiness
• Lead project meetings and stakeholder communications

🎯 Requirements

• 8-11 years in IT with 5+ years in software development project and program mgmt
• Strong PM methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Agile/Scrum knowledge
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
