📋 Description

• Develop B2B materials: sales collateral, flyers, walkthroughs, demos
• Create tailored materials and lead trainings for sales
• Build targeted training/onboarding programs to drive adoption
• Lead webinars and develop content for Lucie and Trove
• Compile carrier training resources for internal/external use
• Manage webinar logistics: scheduling, setup, registration, follow-up

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in training, sales enablement, or related role
• Experience developing training materials, collateral, and multimedia content
• Familiarity with ACA Marketplace, CMS regulations, and supplemental products
• Experience leading webinars, presentations, and creating training materials
• Ability to simplify complex insurance and technology concepts
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
