Specialist, Sales Enablement and Training

📋 Description

• Assist in developing B2B materials, including sales collateral, flyers, demos, and videos
• Support sales with tailored materials, demos, and leading trainings
• Drive platform adoption by building targeted training and onboarding
• Create webinars and lead webinars for Lucie and Trove
• Compile, organize, and maintain carrier training resources
• Assist with webinar logistics: scheduling, setup, registration, live facilitation

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in training, sales enablement, or related role
• Experience developing training materials, collateral, and multimedia content
• Familiarity with ACA Marketplace, CMS regulations, and supplemental products
• Experience leading webinars, presentations, and creating training materials
• Strong ability to simplify complex insurance and tech concepts
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field
