Specialist Sales Engineer (Edwin AI focused)

📋 Description

• Work with CSM, AE and SE during the sales process.
• Lead Edwin AI discovery, demos, and proof-of-value engagements.
• Optimize Edwin evaluations with use cases, prompts, dashboards, and demos.
• Deliver Edwin AI training and enablement for Sales and customer-facing teams.
• Serve as primary technical advisor for Edwin prospects during evaluation.
• Document customer meetings and outcomes in Salesforce.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS or technical field (preferred)
• 5+ years in SysAdmin, SRE, or Sales Engineering
• Able to articulate tech/product positioning to business and technical users
• Build and maintain relationships across the sales cycle
• Linux and Windows/Network administration experience
• Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and storage experience
