Set technical direction for SPARK and own tech stack decisions
Build agentic AI solutions hands-on, including RAG pipelines and enterprise integrations
Take prototypes to enterprise grade, ensuring security, reliability, and cost optimization
Advise business and technology leaders on feasibility and next steps
Mentor and review designs/code of team members

🎯 Requirements

10+ years software engineering experience, 3+ years with LLM/agentic AI in production
Expert in Python and/or TypeScript
Experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen), MCP, vector databases
Knowledge of LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure, Gemini) and RAG
Cloud AI experience (Azure, AWS, GCP), REST/microservices
Strong grasp of security, privacy, responsible AI
