Specialist Software Engineer (Python)

📋 Description

• Architect and develop scalable, enterprise-grade products as a technical leader.
• Drive end-to-end technical projects aligned with business goals.
• Provide mentor and expert code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Own the technical roadmap for high availability, performance, and security.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and SAFe practices in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Build infrastructure automation for hosting services on AWS.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's in computer science, data engineering, or related field.
• 8-12 years of software engineering experience in a development team.
• Expert-level Python and proven track record building complex AWS-native solutions.
• Design and build complex microservices on cloud, lifecycle from design to production; Docker/EKS/ECS.
• CI/CD practices using Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Artifactory.
• AWS data services including API Gateway, AWS Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, S3, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, SQS; plus high-volume data pipelines.
• English proficiency; GenAI exposure and AML domain a plus.
