🎯 Requirements

7+ years ML exp in ML Eng, AI Eng, or data engineering; customer-facing preferred.
ML Engineer: Build/maintain prod cloud infra for ML deploys, drift monitoring.
AI Engineer: LLMs, vector DBs, fine-tuning, guardrails; deploy with HuggingFace/OpenAI.
Experience communicating and/or teaching technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Collaboration, lifelong learning, and driving value through ML/AI.
Can meet training/outcome expectations within 3 months.
