Build and optimize customer AI workloads; implement industry-leading MLOps.
Provide advanced technical support to Solution Architects during technical sales.
Collaborate with product/engineering to reflect customer needs in the roadmap.
Mentor teammates; stay current with GenAI/ML technologies.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years ML experience in ML Engineer or AI Engineer.
ML Engineer: production-grade cloud infra for ML apps incl drift monitoring.
AI Engineer: LLMs, vector databases, guardrails; deploy with HuggingFace, LangChain, OpenAI.
Graduate degree in CS/Engineering/Statistics or equivalent.
Experience communicating technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Willing to travel up to 30% when needed.
