Specialist Solutions Engineer - Managed Services

📋 Description

• Engage customers to understand business challenges and outcomes for managed services.
• Lead discovery and scoping for managed services across infra, cloud, MS, networking, and security.
• Design outcomes-based support with 24x7 monitoring, incident handling, and improvements.
• Define service boundaries, onboarding, tooling, and handoff needs.
• Build client proposals, service descriptions, pricing, and solution summaries.
• Collaborate with delivery, Client Success, and account teams to validate supportability.
• Present managed services solutions and explain delivery model, staffing, SLA/SLO, governance.
• Identify opportunities to grow managed services via renewals and cross-sell.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years selling, designing, or supporting enterprise infra, cloud, or managed services.
• Analyze client requirements and map to solutions.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and customer-facing skills.
• Desire to learn and solve problems.
• 10+ years hands-on IT experience.
• 5+ years in Engineer, Consultant, or SSE role.
• Industry-recognized certifications preferred.
