Specialist Supply Chain Sustainability

📋 Description

• Coordinate third‑party social compliance audits with suppliers and internal teams (RBA).
• Review audit results and corrective actions; support remediation and track progress.
• Maintain audit docs and support licensed product supply chains with clear communication.
• Support human rights, due diligence, and ESG reporting across the supply chain.
• Develop supplier risk assessments using micro and macro data; analyze trends.
• Support policy reviews, monitoring activities, and grievance mechanism programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sustainability, supply chain, intl. business, human rights, or related field.
• Experience in ethical sourcing or social compliance; familiar with NA/Europe social standards.
• Clear communication, highly organized, and data‑oriented.
• Exposure to social audit frameworks (RBA, Disney IL Standards); eagerness to learn.
• Experience with compliance/audit data systems, licensees, or ESG and HR reporting is a plus.
• Interest in data tools, dashboards, and AI‑enabled systems.
