🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s or Associate degree in sciences, pharmacy, business, or equivalent preferred
3-5 years in account management, payer management, or access/reimbursement
Strong understanding of payer policy processes, coverage criteria, prior authorization, and appeals
Knowledge of commercial and governmental payer dynamics
Excellent cross-matrix communication and stakeholder alignment
Ability to prioritize workloads and optimize resource allocation
