📋 Description

• Educate HCPs on patient support programs, including approved access and reimbursement through
• Be a subject matter expert on relevant local, regional, and national payer policies to
• Develop and sustain relationships with relevant providers within the territory. Utilize strong
• Effectively work in a high cross-matrix environment, implementing appropriate ways of working
• Demonstrate agility to effectively incorporate the use of approved resources and data to
• Identify and report back payer trends related for approved products to Patient Services and market

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree in fields such as biological sciences, pharmacy, business
• 3-5 years of experience in account management, payer account management, and/or access and
• Thorough understanding of payer policy processes, published criteria and documentation for
• Demonstrated understanding of the rules, regulations and risks associated with provision of
• Comprehensive understanding of commercial and governmental payer access dynamics
• Strong communicator with proven ability to navigate cross-matrix environments, ensuring clear
