📋 Description

• Work hybrid, 1-2 days/week in Montreal office (Mile End)
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding with IT, Payroll, TA, and managers
• Manage employee recognition programs (Carrot Cash, incentives)
• Plan engagement activities and workplace experiences in Montreal
• Oversee day-to-day workplace operations, facilities, vendors, mail, logistics
• Coordinate WeWork memberships and workspace access

🎯 Requirements

• Native or near-native Québécois French; professional English
• 3-5 years in People Operations, HR Ops, Employee Experience, or Workplace Ops
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
• Curiosity about AI and tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, n8n
• Strong cross-departmental collaboration skills
• Continuous-improvement mindset; ability to reduce admin friction
