📋 Description

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, specialized skill
• Create, review, and publish compelling job advertisements on relevant specialized job boards to
• Review and process applications received through multiple platforms in a timely and efficient
• Identify potential candidates through online platforms, social media, professional networks, and
• Implement traditional and innovative candidate attraction strategies, including mobile and email
• Build and maintain engaged talent communities to support current vacancies and future recruitment

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is
• Successful completion of Sourcing Foundation training.
• Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification required.
• At least 3 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
• Strong understanding of, and practical sourcing experience within, one or more specific industries
• Proficiency in advanced sourcing methods and tools, including X-Ray searches, advanced Boolean
